Discover Rhythmics with Dalcroze UK’s Open Classes

Dalcroze UK invites you to join our Open Classes in Rhythmics. These sessions run in parallel with our professional teacher training, allowing you to experience the same classes our trainees enjoy, but without the pressure of exams and assessments.

Rhythmics is a branch of the Dalcroze method of Eurhythmics, employing live music and full-body movement to enhance coordination, auditory perception, pulse, rhythm, and phrasing. Through creative group activities, you’ll develop musicality, confidence, and a more profound sense of timing. Expect classes that are practical, supportive, and fun.

Whether you’re a music lover, performer, teacher, or simply curious about new ways to move for health and creativity, Rhythmics offers the joy of connecting music and movement. These active classes boost wellbeing, spark creativity, and build a lasting, embodied relationship with music.

Classes are 90 minutes long and take place at our training centre in Ealing, London.
