We are delighted to be returning to the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama as the venue for our Summer School this year. Situated, conveniently, in the heart of Cardiff but overlooking the beautiful Bute Park, the college is perfectly situated for the 2022 International Dalcroze Summer School.

We have classes in rhythmics, aural training and improvisation for individuals from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

Discounts are available for students and members of Dalcroze UK!

If you’re not a member, you can receive the discount by joining us here.

Staff and students of RWCMD also receive a discount – email admin@dalcroze.org.uk for details.

There’s also an option to attend a taster day on 9th August so you can find out more about what Dalcroze Eurhythmics is.

This Dalcroze course is for you if you are:

  • a believer in the power of the arts
  • looking for a way to develop a deeper understanding of music
  • longing to explore new ways of being creative
  • a performer/artist who teaches
  • keen to develop new movement and/or vocal skills

On the 2022 Summer School you can:

  • Experience Dalcroze and discover how it can reinvigorate your practice
  • Make connections through creative exploration
  • Develop new musical and pedagogical understanding

(note that the school is non-residential)
